A Day to Remember!!

Here we are invited to the competition, honored as a school and respected as competitors. Skipping introductions and getting over formalities and after meeting with the student affairs office at SJS, April 12 was our target day. Moving from NDL in the early morning, competitors, cheerers and myself, heading towards Kornet Chehwan, everybody’s feeling nervous but the same time enthusiastic about the big day yet to come. Before we proceed we agreed that we’re not here to win as much as we’re here to have fun and enjoy our time. Let’s compete…..

It’s 9:30 am, the at the SJ Auditorium, the competition starts, nervousness is in the air, everybody is ready and here we go…. It starts with second secondary students, Caline, Anthony and Karim, our intelligent, high cultured, and joyful students, they answer, us, the jury, grade and the crowd cheers every now and then….. Scrolling smoothly from one question to another, end of round 1, NDL is second, SJS is first. It was a great round…..

Here they are, the third secondary representatives of all schools, stepping up for round two.
